The Rochester Aero Model Society (RAMS) was formed in 1966 to promote building and flying model aircraft. The RAMS club is involved primarily with radio controlled (R/C) fuel and electric powered airplanes. The club purpose is to share and promote the common interest of aero modeling. During the summer, new fliers can get assistance most anytime an instructor is present at the field. Airplane discussion goes on constantly at the field.
